Empreendedorismo feminino: a importânica da mulher no mercado empreendedor

Abstract

Este trabalho de conclusão de curso dedicou-se a pesquisar sobre empreendedorismo feminino e seu crescimento, tendo o objetivo de mostrar a importância do empreendedorismo através da liderança empresarial e de mulheres e suas atitudes empreendedoras, visando a igualdade entre homens e mulheres. Foi aplicado perguntas para mulheres que trabalham na cidade de Lorena- SP, onde são referência para outras com seu próprio negócio, conseguindo mostrar um pouco das principais dificuldades encontradas no dia a dia e suas soluções.This is trough the concluision off emale leaders themselves to research on entrepreneurship and its growth, aiming to show the entrepreneurship of women and their entrepreneurial attitudes, aiming at equality betwen and women. Questions were applied to women who work in the city of Lorena- SP, where they are a reference for others with their own business, managing to show some of the main difficulties encountered on a daily basis and their solutions.
