Relatório técnico: aplicação da NR 35: empilhamento de sacarias.

Abstract

"Considerando as necessidades humanas, entre tantas, a saúde e segurança poderiam ocupar os primeiros lugares, e ao relacioná-las com o trabalho, agregam uma importância sem precedentes. Estas necessidades dentro do escopo trabalho gerou um conjunto de normas, as chamadas NRs, para proteção daqueles que estão diretamente ligados às atividades laborais, e este Relatório Técnico tem como objetivo principal a análise de situação concreta amparada por uma destas normas, A NR 35, que versa sobre Trabalho em Altura. A finalidade da análise em questão não se concentra apenas na aplicação desta norma, mas nos valores maiores que se apresentam, como o bem estar do colaborador que exerce a atividade, e também a proteção legal da empresa. Em busca de uma completa solução de caso, uma empresa ativa e com situação real foi contatada, cujo nome real foi suprimido, sendo conhecida neste documento com a indicação fictícia de CAFÉ INTERNACIONAL. A adoção de uma metodologia de análise onde não foram desprezadas visitas “in loko” bem como pesquisa pessoal com colaboradores em empresa e participação de seus proprietários na decisão de implantação permitiu uma conclusão mais elaborada. Foi percebida a necessidade de mudança de cultura e também física do local em questão, pois não só as ideias eram embasadas no passado, mas também o prédio físico. A empresa, na pessoa de seu gestor principal percebeu o grande ganho ao aplicar a mudança e o ponto principal para o resultado final foi esta quebra de paradigma que envolvia a empresa. Em seu andamento, algumas prioridades foram elencadas, sendo a modificação da estrutura física o primeiro passo, com instalação de equipamentos que possibilitaram a sequencia do plano. No segundo momento, a conscientização daqueles que estariam diretamente ligados aconteceu e a realização de treinamento foi providenciada. A segurança e a participação do colaborador nesta etapa foi o que coroou de sucesso o projeto, que demonstra no presente um resultado satisfatório e vislumbra um futuro com bons resultados, onde um passivo trabalhista será evitado, e também o bem maior será resguardado, a saber, a vida do colaborador. "

In search of a complete solution of the case, an active company with a real situation was contacted, whose real name has been suppressed, being known in this document with the fictitious indication of CAFÉ INTERNACIONAL. The adoption of an analysis methodology where no dear visits “in loko” as well as personal research with employees in the company and participation of their owners in the implantation decision allowed a more elaborate conclusion. The need to change the culture and also the physics of the place in question was perceived, as not only the ideas were based on the past, but also the physical building. The company, in the person of its main manager, realized the great gain in applying the change and the main point for the final result was this paradigm shift that involved the company. In its progress, some priorities were listed, with the modification of the physical structure being the first step, with the installation of equipment that made it possible to follow the plan. In the second moment, the awareness of those who would be directly connected took place and training was provided. The safety and participation of the employee in this stage was what crowned the project with success, which currently demonstrates a satisfactory result and envisions a future with good results, where labor liabilities will be avoided, and the greater good will also be protected, namely , the life of the collaborator.
