Arranjo físico de uma indústria de lingerie em Franca-SP

Abstract

O arranjo físico de uma empresa de lingerie, a roupa íntima situada em Franca, no interior de São Paulo, é o ponto principal que inspira este estudo. A empresa de porte pequeno possui sua própria linha de produção e comercializa e vende suas peças. Acredita-se que a disposição do arranjo físico da empresa reflete diretamente na produtividade e impacta no gerenciamento de recursos. A distribuição física do ambiente deve estar de acordo com sequência operacional, reduzindo as perdas por deslocamento de materiais e proatividade dos funcionários, contribuindo em uma gestão visual. Diversas ferramentas gerenciais foram desenvolvidas e utilizadas para o aumento da competitividade no mercado e uma delas é sem dúvida o espaço físico interno da empresa, para melhoria da sequência de seus processos produtivos, com ênfase na comunicação, nos colaboradores, nos materiais em transformação, nos produtos acabados, nas informações entre outros, prevendo sempre a organização do sistema. Com base na importância de um arranjo físico fabril para uma empresa, seja ela de qualquer tipo de ramo, o objetivo deste trabalho foi a identificação e análise do arranjo físico fabril de uma indústria de confecção de lingerie. A metodologia desta pesquisa utilizou-se o método da revisão da literatura, com caráter exploratório, e o estudo de caso em uma indústria de lingerie da cidade de Franca-SP. O arranjo físico ideal para cada ambiente empresarial é indispensável para fins logísticos, econômicos e de segurança para a organização, colaboradores e clientes. Com a entrada do novo gestor, a empresa dobrou seu pátio de manufatura, definindo melhor seus setores com arranjo físico do tipo funcional organizado, e um fluxo produtivo contínuo, este investimento foi possível com o aumento do sistema de e-commerce com vendas online, tanto no atacado quanto no varejo, inclusive com exportação de produtos.

The physical arrangement of a lingerie company, the underwear located in Franca, in the interior of São Paulo, is the main point that inspires this study. The small-sized company has its own production line and markets and sells its pieces. It is believed that the layout of the company's physical arrangement reflects directly on productivity and impacts the management of resources. The physical distribution of the environment must be in accordance with the operational sequence, reducing losses by displacement of materials and employee proactivity, contributing to a visual management. Several managerial tools have been developed and used to increase competitiveness in the market, and one of them is undoubtedly the company's internal physical space, to improve the sequence of its productive processes, with emphasis on communication, employees, materials in transformation, finished products, information, among others, always foreseeing the system's organization. Based on the importance of a physical plant arrangement for a company, whether of any kind of industry, the objective of this work was the identification and analysis of the physical plant arrangement of a lingerie manufacturing industry. To achieve the objective of this research we used the method of literature review, with exploratory character, and the case study in a lingerie industry in the city of Franca-SP. The ideal physical arrangement for each business environment is indispensable for logistic, economic and security purposes for the organization, employees and customers. With the entry of the new manager, the company doubled its manufacturing yard, better defining its sectors with physical arrangement of the functional type organized, and a continuous production flow, this investment was possible with the increase of the e-commerce system with online sales, both wholesale and retail, including the export of products.
