Lançamento do Convention Visitor Bureau de Jundiaí

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a criação do evento de lançamento do Convention Visitor Bureau de Jundiaí, localizado no interior do estado de São Paulo. O evento será realizado no hangar do Aeroporto Estadual de Jundiaí, escolhido por ser um local com extrema associação com a área de turismo e neutro em relação aos afiliados à organização. Para tal, será oferecido uma recepção, escolhida em forma de coquetel e para o entretenimento haverá uma apresentação de alta tecnologia em áudio visual e artistas da cidade em performance simultânea. O evento tem como objetivo geral promover o Convention Visitor Bureau de Jundiaí, através da apresentação de suas funcionalidades, estrutura, membros, projetos e objetivos. Essa divulgação tem o intuito também de estimular a adesão de novos potenciais apoiadores e a realização de network – rede de contatos - entre todos os convidados. Portanto, esse seria o primeiro passo para o principal propósito da associação que é fomentar o marketing regional e a integração dos agentes envolvidos no desenvolvimento socioeconômico local.

The objective of the present work is to create a launch event of the Convention Visitor Bureau of Jundiaí - SP. The event will be held in the hangar of the State Airport of Jundiaí, due to the fact that it is extremely associated to tourism and neutral in relation to the affiliates of the organization. The launch event will be compound of cocktail party. Furthermore as entertainment, there will be a projection mapping show and simultaneous performances of local artists. The general goal of the event is to promote the Convention Visitor Bureau of Jundiaí through the presentation of its functionalities, structure, members, projects and objectives. This announcement also aims to stimulate the adhesion of new potential supporters and the establishment of network between the guest. Therefore, this would be a first step to the main purposes of the association, which is to foster the regional marketing and the integration of the agents involved in local socioeconomic development.
