Segurança em eventos: análise da 57ª festa da uva de Vinhedo de 2019

Abstract

O presente estudo, de caráter acadêmico, tem como objetivo principal relatar a importância da segurança nos eventos. Os eventos são instrumentos de lazer, turismo e promoção das cidades onde eles acontecem. Foram realizadas pesquisas em fontes bibliográficas sobre o tema segurança em eventos seguido de coleta de dados por meio de entrevistas e visitas técnicas. As visitas técnicas contribuiram para evidenciar como os organizadores da 57ª. Festa da Uva, realizada na cidade de Vinhedo em 2019, conduziram a aplicação das normas de segurança vigentes para garantir o bom funcionamento deste evento. Os resultados obtidos com as pesquisas mostram que, apesar do evento atender a diversos itens de segurança, importantes lacunas se fizeram presente no processo de gestão da segurança do evento como planejamento do evento, levantamento dos riscos e aplicação das normas de segurança que os organizadores da festa desconheciam a existência

The main objective of this study, of an academic nature, is to report the importance of safety in the events. Events are instruments for leisure, tourism, and promotion of the cities where they take place. We researched bibliographic sources regarding the safety of the events, followed by data collection through interviews and technical visits. The technical visits contributed to understanding how the organizers of the 57ª Festa da Uva, held in Vinhedo (SP) city in 2019, led the application of the current safety regulations to ensure the well-functioning of this event. Despite the event has considered several security items, the results obtained in the research show important gaps such as event planning, a list of the risks, and the application of the safety regulations that the organizers of the event were unaware of its existence.
