Desafios da Logística 4.0 no Brasil

Abstract

A Indústria 4.0 também chamada de Quarta Revolução Industrial visa novas formas de produção, interação e gestão e a logística por sua vez deve acompanhar estas evoluções, onde a implementação das novas tecnologias que chegam com esta revolução como a Internet das Coisas, Big Data, Sistemas Ciberfísicos, Robótica e a computação em nuvem, entre outras são necessárias e urgentes para que a integração total da cadeia logística seja possível. O objetivo deste trabalho é através de revisão bibliográfica e estudos de trabalhos mais relevantes sobre o tema, identificar e apresentar algumas destas tecnologias, benefícios por ela trazidos como menores prazos de entrega, otimização de espaços, redução de custos de armazenagem e transporte, aumento da eficiência e competitividade entre outros e os desafios que as empresas podem enfrentar em sua implantação como condições precárias de infraestrutura, lentidão e informalidade em processos, falta de mão de obra especializada e conhecimento da tecnologia, custos elevados de implantação, poucos investimentos e incentivos para o setor, entre outros que devem ser trabalhados para superá-los e para alcançar o sucesso na implantação das inovações da Indústria 4.0 na logística.
