Abstract

Analisando os dados obtidos nas pesquisas bibliográficas e também na pesquisa de campo, pode se observar o atual cenário do empreendedor, na busca da realização de um sonho, objetivo com foco e determinação. O objetivo deste trabalho é propor uma discussão, se empreender é garantia de sucesso nos dias de hoje, devido às dificuldades e como também a gestão de tempo e sua criatividade de cada empreendedor. Com o intuito de relacionar a visão do empreendedor há mais tempo no mercado de trabalho e aquele empreendedor que está iniciando o seu ponto de partida a uma longa jornada, será realizada uma pesquisa com ambos os perfis, onde será possível saber um pouco sobre suas histórias na era do empreendedorismo. Através da aplicação de questionários, as informações serão obtidas e analisadas.

Through the application of quizzes, the information will be gathered and analyzed.
