Reflexões sobre os crimes cibernéticos no Brasil

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de mostrar os Sequestros Cibernéticos, desde quando se iniciou, a sua trajetória, mostrando os tipos de crimes mais praticados no ambiente da internet, e como são dificultosas as investigações pelos agentes de polícia, pois os criminosos estão atrás de um computador, tablet ou celular, e aí, começam os delitos, sendo necessária a boa aplicação das Leis. Desta forma, será abordada a dificuldade que o país enfrenta no que diz respeito às normas e leis que não dão suporte adequado, uma vez que é necessário durante uma investigação criminal, identificar os que são da internet e enquadrá-lo, finalizando com uma punição adequada para o agente.

This term paper will approachthe cyber kidnappings, since it´started, the way, showing the most common types of crimes on the internet, and how hard is the investigations made by police, because these crminals are behind a computer, tablet or cellphone, then the offenses begin, it´s beeing necessary a good law enforcement. In this way, we will define the country difficulty in facing the rules and laws, that doesn´t give appropriate suporte. It´s necessary during a criminal investigation identify the ones from internet report them and finally find the right punishment.
