Abstract

O presente trabalho pretende demostrar a luta das mulheres do passado até os dias de hoje, sendo assim trazendo pontos diferentes da época passada e do dia de hoje, mostrando a realidade de mulheres que vive em liderança, vivendo com impactos na vida pessoal e social de outras mulheres. Sendo assim tendo vantagem de aproveitar os benefícios da liderança feminina, mostrado que temos capacidade de erguer uma empresa e erguer mulheres para transformar outras mulheres nas lideranças, trazendo inovação e transformação. Mostrará a realidade de mulheres que vive em cargos grandes com responsabilidades e vive sua vida pessoal, separado duas realidades.
