Inserção da cultura negra no ambiente institucional

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo promover a inserção da cultura negra no ambiente institucional, para assim aumentar o acervo informacional a respeito da cultura negra e afro­brasileira de modo que durante a formação acadêmica, cada pessoa aprenda sobre a real cultura negra, não se limitando a aprender somente sobre a escravidão, mas sim sobre os saberes de todo um povo, o artigo busca denotar que aprender sobre a África é tão importante para a população brasileira, quanto aprender sobre a Europa. Abordando questões históricas e sociais o artigo promove uma reflexão e um debate sobre a forma hipócrita como a sociedade brasileira é estruturada diante da própria pluralidade populacional e cultural, mostrando como valores nocivos e retrógados conseguiram se perpetuar até a atualidade mesmo sendo advindos de séculos atrás. O artigo aborda sobre os impactos que a inserção da cultura negra ira trazer para a população em geral, mostrando que através da educação adequada sobre o tema, é possível causar uma grande mudança na sociedade, pois através da inserção da cultura negra abordando todos os aspectos presentes na historia do continente africano, as novas gerações assim como todos que serão alcançados por essa mudança, poderiam denotar que não são descendentes de escravos, mas sim de escravizados, pessoas que possuem vidas e historias que datam de antes da escravidão, historias essas que por sua perpetuam lendas e ensinamentos, falam sobre reis e rainhas, guerreiros e guerreiras. Por fim o artigo demonstra que através do ensino adequado sobre cultura negra, a população preta do Brasil, não teria tantos problemas de aceitação da própria negritude, problemas que por sua vez são decorrentes de inúmeras questões melhor abordadas no artigo, no entanto o artigo demonstra o porquê a todos devem a aprender sobre a cultura negra e não somente aqueles a quem essa cultura pertence.

This article aims to promote the insertion of black culture in the institutional environment, in order to increase the information collection about of black and Afro-Brazilian culture so that during academic training, each person learn about real black culture, not just learning only about slavery, but about the knowledge of an entire people, the article seeks to denote that learning about Africa is so important for Brazilian population, as well as learning about Europe. addressing issues historical and social the article promotes a reflection and a debate on the way hypocritical how Brazilian society is structured in the face of its own population and cultural plurality, showing how harmful values ​​and retrogrades managed to perpetuate themselves to the present day even though they came from from centuries ago. The article addresses the impacts that the insertion of culture black will bring to the general population, showing that through adequate education on the subject, it is possible to cause a great change in the society, because through the insertion of black culture addressing all aspects present in the history of the African continent, the new generations as well as everyone who will be reached by this change, could denote who are not descendants of slaves, but of enslaved people, people who have lives and stories that date back to before slavery, stories those who perpetuate legends and teachings, talk about kings and queens, warriors and warriors. Finally, the article demonstrates that through the adequate teaching about black culture, the black population of Brazil, would not have so many problems of acceptance of one's own blackness, problems that in turn result from numerous issues better addressed in the article, in the however the article demonstrates why everyone should learn about the culture black and not just those to whom this culture belongs.
