A utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas na gestão da folha de pagamento

Abstract

O presente artigo apresenta os conhecimentos teóricos acerca da utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas na gestão da folha de pagamento e tem por objetivo analisar informações básicas sobre os conceitos dos principais proventos e descontos tomando como objetivos específicos: contribuir no esclarecimento sobre os descontos na folha de pagamento; instruir o colaborador com os conhecimentos das legislações vigentes enfatizando o estudo nos descontos da folha de pagamento e apontar a viabilidade do projeto de criação do aplicativo Folha Fácil. A metodologia aplicada trata-se de estudo exploratório, com a utilização de pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa descritiva que exige do investigador uma série de informações sobre o que deseja pesquisar e pesquisa de campo por caracteriza-se pelas investigações da pesquisa na coleta de dados junto as pessoas. Compreende-se que através da pesquisa o projeto de criação do aplicativo folha fácil se torna viável como uma ferramenta na gestão da folha de pagamento do colaborador, podendo trazer ganhos para a organização.
