Fresa copiadora

Abstract

Fresadora é uma maquina usada na usinagem, responsável pela remoção de cavacos feita pela ferramenta que chama-se fresa.Ha varias distinções de fresadoras tais como a horizontal, a vertical, universal e a deste tema a copiadora. Como seu próprio nome já diz, essa fresadora tende a copiar o objeto que esta em sua mesa, removendo material e fazendo o trabalho com detalhe e precisão sendo que a mesma é usada na área de produção de peças ou ate mesmo objetos de decoração, no qual não é muito visto. Sua ferramenta assim como as demais fresadoras, são feitas do mesmo material, que nesse caso são aço rápido e metal duro para a remoção do cavaco ser mais facilitada. Em materiais mais leves como: teflon, nylon ou ate mesmo madeira, o material da ferramenta não muda porem sua rotação (RPM) varia para o seu desbaste e acabamento serem mais precisos. Como ela é uma maquina de corte, sua utilização é tanto feita manualmente ou com o automático, que seria pelo CNC (Computer Numeric Control) Mesmo ela sendo uma fresadoras assim como as demais, ela possui dois cabeçotes, um seria do apalpador e outro da ferramenta de corte. O apalpador é usado para encostar e ir desenhado a peça a ser desenhando, pois assim a ferramenta de corte vai copiando os movimento dele e fazendo uma nova peça. Milling machine is aequipmentused in the machining, responsible for the removal of chips made by the tool that is called a milling cutter. There are several distinctions of milling machines such as horizontal, vertical, universal and of this subject the copier. As its name implies, this milling machine tends to copy the object that is on your desk, removing material and doing the work with detail and precision being that it is used in the area of production of pieces or even objects of decoration, in the which is not much seen. Its tool as well as the other milling machines are made of the same material, which in this case are fast steel and hard metal for the removal of the chip to be more facilitated. On lighter materials such as Teflon, nylon or even wood, the tool material does not change but its RPM varies for thinning and finishing to be more precise. As it is a cutting machine, its use is either done manually or with the automatic, that would be by the CNC (Computer Numeric Control). Although it is a milling machine like the others, it has two heads, one would be of the probe and another of the snipping tool. The probe is used to pull and draw the part to be drawn, so that the cutting tool will copy the movement of it and make a new part. Keywords:CNC, Probe, Teflon, RPM
