Um olhar sobre as soft skills no contexto da pandemia

Abstract

As soft skills tem relevância no ambiente profissional e tão logo identifica-se como fundamental. Este presente artigo visa investigar as soft skills mais solicitadas no trabalho em home office no contexto da pandemia, caracterizando-as, elucidando requisitos comportamentais no trabalho em home office e as soft skills nesses requisitos. As mudanças as quais ocorrem em sociedade também refletem no ambiente laboral, a função da Gestão de Recursos Humanos é primordial para coordenar os colaboradores nessas mudanças. A pesquisa embasa-se na abordagem qualitativa exploratória. É possível reconhecer a relevância de determinadas soft skills nesse contexto em questão e os seus reflexos no ambiente profissional.

Soft skills have relevance in the professional environment and as soon as they identify themselves as fundamental. This article aims to investigate the most requested soft skills in home office work in the context of the pandemic, characterizing them, elucidating behavioral requirements in home office work and the soft skills in those requirements. The changes that occur in society also reflect in the work environment, the role of Human Resources Management is essential to coordinate employees in these changes. The research is based on the exploratory qualitative approach. It is possible to recognize the relevance of certain soft skills in that context and their impact on the professional environment.
