O vazamento de dados íntimos e suas consequências jurídicas e psicossociais no âmbito escolar da Etec em Itararé-SP

Abstract

Atualmente, observa-se o avanço das relações interpessoais com o uso da internet. Tal fato gera diversos novos comportamentos adaptados das relações do mundo real para o meio virtual. Nessa conjuntura, a prática de "sexting" se tornou comum e adotada por diversos brasileiros, principalmente no âmbito escolar, onde jovens possuem maior parte das interações sociais. Entretanto, na internet é criado um ambiente perigoso onde os dados intimos estão em constante perigo, e a privacidade pode ser violada. Dessa forma, o trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a ocorrência desses fatos na ETEC de Itararé e classes descentralizadas, e avaliar os efeitos jurídicos e psicossociais nas vitimas, utilizando de estudos com o auxílio da internet, livros e revistas, bem como pesquisas de campos aplicadas nos ambientes competentes. Dessa forma, o entendimento da problemática foi alcançado e obtiveram-se os dados que refletem a realidade, entendendo como o revés afeta os jovens de maneira profunda, juridicamente e socialmente.

Currently, the advancement of interpersonal relationships with the use of the internet is observed. This fact generates several new behaviors adapted from real-world relationships to the virtual environment. In this context, the practice of "sexting" has become common and adopted by many Brazilians, especially in the school environment, where young people have most of their social interactions. However, a dangerous environment is created on the internet where intimate data is in constant danger, and privacy can be violated. Thus, the objective of this work is to study the occurrence of these facts in the ETEC of Itarare and decentralized classes, and to evaluate the psychosocial effects on the victims. Using research with the help of the internet, books and magazines, as well as field research applied in the competent environments. In this way, we reach an understanding of the problem and obtain data that reflect reality, understanding how the setback affects young people in a profound way, legally and socially.
