A função e atuação da autoridade defensora dos direitos da criança e do adolescente (ECA) no município de Itararé-SP

Abstract

O tema abordado como assunto principal do trabalho de conclusão de curso é adquirir conhecimento sobre a autoridade que defende os direitos da criança e do adolescente presente na sociedade de Itararé-SP. Com o estudo realizado nesse trabalho adquirimos como objetivo geral estudarmos e avaliarmos a atuação da autoridade especifica protetora do ECA. Com base nos estudos realizados, o ECA atua defendendo a criança e o adolescente, que ele atua diante as situações irregulares perante a ele no mundo da criança e do adolescente, e quem são os responsáveis para a defesa do mesmo. As bases de estudo utilizado para realização do trabalho até o momento foi pesquisas em sites relacionados ao ECA, leituras na divisória exclusiva a ele no Vade Mecum, e uma breve pesquisa de campo em um público mais adulto o qual deveria ter um conhecimento mais evoluído sobre o ECA.

The topic addressed as the main subject of the course work is to acquire knowledge about the authority that defends the rights of children and adolescents present in the society of Itarare-SP. With the study carried out in this work we acquired as general objective to study and evaluate the performance of the specific protective authority of the ECA. Based on the studies carried out so far, the ECA acts in defending the child and the adolescent, that he acts in the face of irregular situations before him in the world of the child and the adolescent, and who are responsible for the defense of it. The bases of study used to carry out the work so far have been searches on sites related to ECA, readings in the exclusive partition to him in the Vade Mecum, and a brief field research in a more adult public which should have a more evolved knowledge about or ECA.
