A evolução da mulher no mercado de trabalho: liderança feminina

Abstract

Ocupando sempre o papel de subordinada a mulher ao longo dos anos e desde o início da civilização sofreu com a opressão e discriminação em razão do gênero e pela forma da sociedade compreender seu papel, pois em tempos remotos a sociedade compreendia a mulher unicamente como filha, futura esposa e mãe dedicada, a mulher casada necessitava sempre da autorização do marido para dar eficácia a seus atos no âmbito civil. Era genitora e responsável por seus filhos, no entanto o pátrio poder para ela era de forma subsidiária. No mercado de trabalho não havia respeito, a mulher sofria discriminação e era explorada trabalhando sempre acima de seus limites físicos por até 16 horas diárias, recebendo salários sempre inferiores ao salário do homem. Contudo, a mulher contribuiu muito para o crescimento e o desenvolvimento da sociedade e sempre foi pouco valorizado na história, o que sempre causou indignação fazendo com que lutassem por seus direitos e principalmente nas relações de trabalho. Após grandes lutas e tentativas de melhoria e igualdade, a mulher conseguiu ter seus direitos e deveres garantidos por lei, conseguindo proteção em todos os âmbitos, como também no âmbito trabalhista. Atualmente as mulheres têm direito a ter salários iguais aos dos homens, a poder assumir cargos de chefia como tantos outros direitos que a Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988 e a Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas asseguram o que antes não era possível. Always occupying the roleof subordinated women over the years and from the beginning of civilization suffered from oppression and discrimination on the grounds of genderand by the way of society to understand its role, for in remote times society understood women solely as daughters,future wife and devoted mother, the married woman always needed the permission of her husband to give effectiveness to her acts in the civil field.She was a parent and responsible for her children, however the paternal power for her was in a subsidiary way for up to 16hours daily,receiving,wages always lower than man's salary,However, the woman contributed greatly to the growth and development of society and has always been little valued in the history,which has always caused indignation by causing them to fight for their rights and especially in labor relations.After great struggles and attempts at improvement and equality, the woman managed to have her rights and duties,guaranteed by law,achieving protection in all areas, as well as in the labor sphere.Currently, women are entitled to pay equal wages to men, to be able to assume leadership positions as so many other rights,that the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988 and the consolidation of labor laws ensure that it was not possible before.
