Gerenciamento de risco no transporte rodoviário

Abstract

O trabalho contempla a análise sobre a utilização de sistemas de rastreamento via satélite em veículos de transporte rodoviário no Estado de São Paulo. Para a coleta de dados, foi utilizada a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica para revisão de literatura pertencente ao tema e um estudo de caso dentro da Gerenciadora de Risco. Mostrando dados históricos sobre a disseminação do transporte rodoviário de São Paulo e seu crescimento durante o tempo, buscando mostrar as vantagens na utilização dos sistemas de rastreamento na prevenção de roubos e furtos de veículos que só aumenta a cada ano e até mesmo na recuperação dos mesmos, além de mostrar outras vantagens como a roteirização, controle de jornada, momento de paradas e maior controle da frota durante a viagem e possibilitando obter históricos de ocorrências em todas as viagens em tempo real e realizadas, além do controle via computador ou aplicativo de celular. Na utilização do sistema Tráfegus, tem-se a facilidade em acompanhar e mandar mensagem para o motorista e obter relatório para pesquisa na hora ou futuras que a gerenciadora de risco disponibiliza para empresa a qualquer momento. No sistema do rastreador, vai-se verificar como funciona o aparelho que vai no veículos e seus mecanismos de segurança, como os itens de segurança que protegem e monitoram o motorista dando a ele livre acesso de comunicação com a central, através do rastreador por satélite ou RPSR.

The work includes the analysis on the use of satellite tracking systems in road transport vehicles in the State of São Paulo. For the data collection, the bibliographical research was used to review the literature about the topic and a case study within the Risk Management. Showing historical data on the dissemination of São Paulo road transport and its growth over time, seeking to show the advantages in the use of tracking systems in the prevention of thefts of vehicles that has increased every year and even in their recovery, as well as showing other advantages such as routing, day-to-day control, and greater control of the fleet during the trip and allowing the access to historical occurrences in all the trips both in real time and past ones, besides the control via computer or cellphone application. The use of the Tráfegus system has the facility to monitor and send a message to the driver and obtain a report for the time or future search that the risk management makes available to the company at any time. In the system of the tracker we will see how the apparatus that goes in the vehicles and their safety mechanisms like the security items that protect and monitor the driver giving him free access of communication with the central, through the satellite tracker or RPSR.
