Implementação de sistema ERP em uma empresa de pequeno porte

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho de conclusão de curso é trazer o conceito dos famosos sistemas integrados de gestão, ou como originalmente conhecidos por ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) e alinhar esse referencial teórico a pesquisa empírica realizada em uma empresa considerada de pequeno porte, analisando os principais pontos do processo de implementação do sistema de gestão juntamente com os efeitos que esse processo causou tanto de natureza positiva em termos de benefícios, vantagens e contribuições, quanto de natureza negativa, levando-se em conta as dificuldades, barreiras e problemas enfrentados durante ou após esse processo. Por fim há uma conclusão analisando as respostas dos entrevistados considerando como cada setor se desenvolveu e se adaptou com a interface, ferramentas e funcionalidades que o novo sistema proporcionou a organização.

The purpose of this course completion work is to bring the concept of famous integrated management systems, or as originally known by ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and to align this theoretical referential to the empirical research carried out in a small company, analyzing the main points of the implementation process of the management system together with the effects that this process caused both of a positive nature in terms of benefits, advantages and contributions, and of a negative nature, taking into account the difficulties, barriers and problems faced during or after to this process. Finally there is a conclusion commenting on the respondents' answers and analyzing how each sector developed and adapted with the interface, tools and functionalities that the new system provided the organization.
