Clima organizacional: a motivação como influência no desempenho dos funcionários de uma instituição pública escolar

Abstract

Este trabalho busca entender o clima organizacional de uma escola estadual. O objetivo será um estudo sobre clima organizacional e como seus fatores afetam diretamente a motivação e o desempenho, elementos visados hoje em dia, ao longo do trabalho explica-se melhor as definições dos mesmos. Tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados da pesquisa de clima organizacional ajudando a instituição visualizar o nível de satisfação de seus funcionários, entre outros fatores. O método utilizado foi através de uma pesquisa quantitativa em uma escola estadual técnica do interior de São Paulo. A pesquisa foi realizada com uma amostra dos professores, das classes descentralizadas utilizando como ferramenta um questionário com dez questões. Com análises nos resultados da pesquisa, chega-se à conclusão que a instituição possui um agradável ambiente de trabalho, com professores realizados com suas funções, porém com pontos que poderiam ser melhorados, como a falta de cursos na área especifica que os professores atuam. This work seeks to understand the organizational climate of a state school. The focus will be a study on organizational dynamics and how their factors directly affect motivation and performance, elements aimed today, throughout the work the definitions of the latter will be better explained. It aims to present the results of the survey of organizational climate helping the institution to visualize the level of satisfaction of its employees, among other factors. The method used was through a quantitative research at a state technical school in the interior of São Paulo. The research was carried out with a sample of the teachers, using as instrument a questionnaire with ten questions. Analyzing the research results, we conclude that the institution has a pleasant work environment, with teachers accomplished with their functions, but with points that could be improved, such as the lack of courses in the specific area that the teachers work.
