A sociedade em transformação: a indústria 4.0 e seus efeitos sobre o trabalho

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar de forma histórica as revoluções industriais e os efeitos que causaram na sociedade, cada uma no seu respectivo tempo. A quarta revolução industrial ou a chamada indústria 4.0 é a junção de todas as revoluções anteriores, com o aperfeiçoamento no processo produtivo e a interação do homem e a máquina e/ou máquina versus máquina. Para atingir tais objetivos foi praticada uma revisão bibliográfica analisando os conceitos empregados por diversos autores e a sua linha de pensamento sobre o tema em questão. Por intermédio dos estudos, foram constatados os impactos que as revoluções causaram na sociedade e a modificação no trabalho deste a primeira revolução industrial. A quarta revolução ainda é um tema discutido pelas organizações de forma global e a cada passo a sua implementação estará no nosso cotidiano, forçando a sociedade se transformar e se modificar novamente.

The present study has analyzed historically the industrial revolutions and the effects they have had on society, each in its respective time. The fourth industrial revolution or the so-called industry 4.0 is the combination of all previous revolutions, with the improvement in the production process and in the interaction of man and the machine and / or machine versus machine. In order to achieve these objectives, a bibliographic review was carried out analyzing the concepts used by several authors and their line of thought on the subject in question. Through the studies, it was verified the impacts that the revolutions caused in society and the changes in the ways of work since the first industrial revolution. The fourth revolution is still a topic discussed by organizations globally and at each step its implementation will be in our daily lives, forcing society to transform and change again.
