Blood oxygen (SpO2) and body temperature measurements are essential for monitoring health and quickly detecting problems. The Oxlife, a small device placed on your finger, uses lights to measure the oxygen level in your blood. If this level is low, it could indicate that you are not breathing well or that your body is not receiving enough oxygen. Body temperature, on the other hand, is measured with a thermometer, which can be digital or infrared. This device helps identify fever, which may be a sign of infection, or hypothermia, when the body is too cold. Monitoring these two indicators is a simple and effective way to check if your body is functioning properly and to identify potential health issues before they become more serious.pt_BR
