Menor infrator e consequências legais

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem a finalidade de falar sobre a história e contexto do menor infrator e explicar as medidas legais aplicáveis sobre eles. O menor infrator surge após a prática do ato infracional e há muitas explicações para a ocorrência do caso, dentre elas fatos familiares e educacionais. As medidas socioeducativas aplicáveis sobre o infante está expressa no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente que é assistido pela Constituição Federal Brasileira. Estas medidas possuem como objetivo central reeducar o jovem para que este seja reinserido na sociedade para uma vida digna dentro dos parâmetros da lei.

The present work has a purpose of talking about a history and context of the minor offender and explaining how legal measures apply to them. The minor offender appears after an infrastructure practice and many explanations for an occurrence of the case, among them family and educational facts. There are no statutes of the Child and Adolescent that is assisted by the Brazilian Federal Constitution. These measures aim to re-educate young people and women for a decent life within the parameters of the law.
