Fábrica de reciclagem de materiais da construção civil.

Abstract

Assuntos relacionados à reciclagem no ramo da construção civil, ainda são desconhecidos por grande parte da população. O objetivo central da pesquisa é conscientizar os indivíduos através da construção de uma fábrica de reciclagem, que proporcione métodos produtivos inovadores que possam servir, no futuro, de modelo para a implantação em todo país. Além de investir em medidas que não sejam prejudiciais ao meio ambiente em sua própria estrutura, como a utilização de energia solar em grande parte da alimentação elétrica da fábrica, buscar atender a condições necessárias para que a fábrica tenha um porcentual menor de resíduos gerados , e possa ser construída de forma rápida e benéfica na própria construção com a estrutura de concreto pré-moldado, com fundação em sapata associada. A pesquisa foi concluída baseada em revistas, reportagens e traduções de jornais internacionais, onde verificou-se que fábricas e empresas com essas determinadas finalidades ainda são pouco conhecidas, mas que é viável e uma ótima opção para a população, que de fato sua utilização contribuirá consideravelmente ao ecossistema, ao setor da construção civil e na sociedade. Vale lembrar que essa monografia foi necessária para instruir a comunidade e aos interessados a conhecer um meio de construção mais prático e que gerasse menos resíduos, mantendo a ideia inicial de valorização do meio ambiente dentro do setor da construção civil e na sociedade, mostrando o quanto podemos evoluir em relação a sua utilização, visto que, muitos tem interesse de conhecer e adquirir seu uso, podendo fazer uma boa construção e contribuindo ao meio ambiente.

Issues related to recycling in the construction industry are still unknown to a large part of the population. The central objective of this research is to raise awareness among individuals through the construction of a recycling plant, which provides innovative production methods that may serve, in the future, as a model for implementation throughout the country. In addition to investing in measures that are not harmful to the environment in its own structure, such as the use of solar energy in much of the electricity supply of the factory, seek to meet the conditions necessary so the factory has a lower percentage o waste generated, and can be built quickly and beneficially in the construction itself with the structure of precast concrete, with associated footing foundation. The research was completed based on magazines, reports, and translations of international newspapers, where it was verified that factories and companies with these certain purposes are still little known, but that it is viable and a great option for the population, and that in fact Its use will contribute considerably to the ecosystem, the construction industry, and society. It is worth remembering that this monograph was necessary to instruct the community and those interested in knowing a more practical means of construction that generates less waste, keeping the initial idea of valuing the environment within the construction industry and society, showing how much we can evolve in relation to its use, since many are interested in knowing and acquiring its use, being able to do a good construction and contributing to the environment.
