Matrizes de religiões africanas: desmistificando visões sobre macumbaria

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo principal descrever sobre as religiões de matrizes africanas, desde sua criação em grande maioria com origem no continente africano que desembarcaram nas Américas, assim como das religiões que foram sincretizadas com outras religiões e nasceram em solo brasileiro. A escolha desta temática s justifica a partir da necessidade de que o profissional de eventos deve compreender esta vertente religiosa, que se encontra em ascensão na agregação de fiéis. A metodologia adotada para a realização deste trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica através de artigos e livros sobre as religiões. Ao término deste trabalho é possível notar que as religiões de matrizes africanas possuem diversidade cultural e religiosa que não deve ser minimizada em apenas uma religião. Este trabalho busca mostrar as origens, vertentes cultos e festividades, destacando em especial os orixás do candomblé e umbanda, afim de demonstrar que estas religiões não são demoníacas, e que o gestor de eventos possa compreender, respeitando assim seus preceitos.

This study has as main objective to describe about the religions of African origin, since its creation in great majority with origin in the African continent that disembarked in the Americas, as well as of the religions that were syncretized with other religions and were born in Brazilian soil. The choice of this theme is justified by the need that the event professional must understand this religious aspect, which is on the rise in the aggregation of the faithful. The methodology adopted to carry out this work was bibliographic research through articles and books on religions. At the end of this work, it is possible to note that African-based religions have cultural and religious diversity that should not be minimized in just one religion. This work seeks to show the origins, cultural aspects and festivities, highlighting in particular the orixás of candomblé and umbanda, in order to demonstrate that these religions are not demonic, and that the event manager can understand, thus respecting precepts.
