Abstract

Este plano de negócio apresenta a empresa Corretop corretora de seguros, a qual possuirá sede na cidade de Regente Feijó – SP. Inicialmente, a empresa comercializará plano de saúde, plano odontológico, seguro de vida e previdência. Este plano de negócio foi elaborado com objetivo de minimizar os riscos de abertura de um novo negócio, abordando várias áreas que compõe uma empresa, além da pesquisa de mercado realizada com indivíduos de toda a região. Entre os tópicos abordados estão o desenvolvimento detalhado da descrição da empresa, contendo toda a natureza do negócio; os objetivos; a metodologia; a vantagem competitiva; a localização geográfica; e algumas responsabilidades a serem aplicadas no empreendimento. Partindo do nosso atual cenário, em que a velocidade das mudanças define o rumo da economia e do mercado que afeta o comportamento do consumidor, faz-se necessário o conhecimento dos fatores que influenciam o sucesso ou o fracasso do negócio. This business plan presents the company Corretop insurance brokerage, which will be headquartered in the city of Regente Feijó – SP. Initially, the company will offer health plans, dental plans, life insurance and pension plans. This business plan was prepared with the objective of minimizing the risks of opening a new business, covering several areas that make up a company. In addition, a market research was carried out with individuals from across the region. Among the topics covered are the detailed development of the company description, containing the entire nature of the business; the goals; the methodology; the competitive advantage; the geographic location; and some responsibilities to be applied in the enterprise. Based on our current scenario, in which the speed of change defines the direction of the economy and the market that affect consumer behavior, it is necessary to know the factors that influence the success or failure of the business. The aim of this business plan is to achieve all the expected goals and the installation of the brokerage company proves to be viable and profitable in the financial plan, increasing the chances of implantation and development of the company.
