Blogs no turismo gastronômico de São Roque: uma análise histórica e sistemática sobre a produção textual opinativa gastronômica para o turismo local

Abstract

Em meio a trilhões de informações que são despejadas a cada minuto na internet, esta pesquisa buscou analisar um fragmento desta realidade, direcionado ao turismo da Estância Turística de São Roque e sua divulgação, por meio de blogs trazendo uma contextualização histórica da atividade turística, bem como suas características gastronômicas e a tipologia adotada por Blogs opinativos do Estado de São Paulo em retratar o turismo na cidade. O objetivo desta pesquisa está relacionado a descobrir se as opiniões retratadas por esses blogs atendem as necessidades dos leitores e, mesmo expressando opiniões, conseguem informar. Paralelamente a pesquisa, um Plano de Negócios foi elaborado com intuito de trabalhar nesse segmento estudado.

Amidst the trillions of information that is poured every minute on the internet, this research sought to analyze a fragment of this reality, directed to the tourism of the Roteiro do Vinho of São Roque and its dissemination, through blogs bringing a historical contextualization of tourism activity, as well such as its gastronomic characteristics and the typology adopted by Blogs of the State of São Paulo in portraying tourism in the city. The purpose of this research is related to discovering if the opinions portrayed by these blogs meet the needs of the readers and even expressing opinions, they can inform. Parallel to the research, a Business Plan was designed with the intention of working in this segment studied.
