Benefícios da logística reversa para o meio ambiente: um estudo de caso aplicado aos alunos do ensino médio e técnico da E.E Capitão Virgílio Garcia

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar e analisar os benefícios da logística reversa para o meio ambiente, bem como verificar o nível de conhecimento e de adesão dos alunos matriculados no ensino médio e técnico da E.E Capitão Virgílio Garcia, mas especificamente as turmas de 3°ADM, 3°CON e 2°ADM sobre o tema. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os conceitos, aspectos, benefícios, desafios e legislação da logística reversa, e uma pesquisa de campo com 35 alunos, por meio de um formulário online com 12 questões de múltipla escolha. Os resultados mostraram que os alunos têm um conhecimento e uma adesão parciais à logística reversa, reconhecendo a sua importância, mas apresentando lacunas e limitações conceituais e práticas. Diante disso, propõe-se uma intervenção pedagógica que vise ampliar e aprofundar o conhecimento e a conscientização dos alunos sobre o tema, bem como estimular a sua participação e colaboração.

This article aims to identify and analyze the benefits of reverse logistics for the environment, as well as verify the level of knowledge and adherence of students enrolled in secondary and technical education at E.E Capitão Virgílio Garcia, but specifically the 3rd ADM classes. , 3°CON and 2°ADM on the topic. To this end, a literature review was carried out on the concepts, aspects, benefits, challenges and legislation of reverse logistics, and a field survey was carried out with 35 students, using an online form with 10 multiple-choice questions. The results showed that students have partial knowledge and adherence to reverse logistics, recognizing its importance, but presenting gaps and conceptual and practical limitations. In view of this, a pedagogical intervention is proposed that aims to expand and deepen students' knowledge and awareness of the topic, as well as encourage their participation and collaboration.
