Feminicídio

Abstract

O referente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo transparecer a barbaridade do feminicídio no viés íntimo: sendo uma forma atroz de violência contra a mulher, pois vem da pessoa com a qual ela se relaciona amorosamente. A pesquisa também guarda a intenção de mostrar como nos últimos anos, esse crime vem recebendo holofotes, ao tirar a morte da mulher do panorama de normalidade e demonstrando a especificidade do crime por meio de um recorte de gênero; fazendo com que se perceba o acontecimento do crime de forma crescente e gradativa. Apresenta quais são as leis que tutelam esses casos, bem como perscruta a história de nascimento de tais legislações. Para mais, o trabalho apresenta também uma proposta de prevenção contra essa violência específica, na guarida de prestar auxílio cognitivo principalmente as mulheres, mas não só, e a toda sociedade; com o intento de tornar eficaz a legislação estudada e assim corroborar para a quebra do espectro social de superioridade do homem sobre a mulher. ABSTRACT This final course project aims to highlight the barbarity of femicide from an intimate perspective: being an atrocious form of violence against women, perpetrated by someone with whom they have a romantic relationship. The research also intends to show how, in recent years, this crime has received increased attention, removing the death of women from the realm of normalcy and demonstrating the specificity of the crime through a gender lens; making the occurrence of the crime increasingly apparent. It presents the laws that protect against these cases, as well as examining the history of the creation of such legislation. Furthermore, the work also presents a proposal for prevention against this specific violence, aiming to provide cognitive support primarily to women, but not exclusively, and to society as a whole; with the intention of making the studied legislation effective and thus contributing to breaking the social spectrum of male superiority over women.
