Abstract

Este projeto busca facilitar o acesso dos alunos da Etec Zona Leste a informações cotidianas, sendo elas as mais relevantes aos estudantes. Como por exemplo, informes sobre quem são os membros do grêmio estudantil, horário do funcionamento da secretaria, como funcionam os empréstimos de livros da biblioteca, etc. Paratanto, levantou-se uma pesquisa com o propósito de entender quais são as necessidades dos estudantes de tal instituição. Por meio desta, viu-se que a implementação de um totem, na presente instituição Etec Zona Leste, seria a maneira mais viável de manter os alunos informados na atual realidade. Nesse sentido, entende-se que o presente artigo pode contribuir com o manuseio do sistema e ajudar futuros alunos a terem uma experiência acadêmica melhor.

This project seeks to facilitate the access of Etec students in the East Zone to everyday information, which is the most relevant to students. For example, information about who the members of the student council are, the opening hours of the secretariat, how the library book loans work, etc. To this end, a survey was conducted with the purpose of understanding the needs of the students of such an institution. Through this, it was seen that the implementation of a totem, in the present Etec institution of the East Zone, would be the most viable way to keep students informed in the current reality. In this sense, it is understood that this article can contribute to the handling of the system and help future students to have a better academic experience.
