Festa da uva de Jundiaí: o contexto histórico e as principais alterações ao longo das edições

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo principal pesquisar o contexto histórico da Festa da Uva de Jundiaí, sendo importante também a investigação sobre a imigração italiana, e a fundação e relação da cidade com a uva. Identificou-se as principais alterações que ocorreram ao longo das edições do evento, que acabou se tornando conhecido no município e na região. A chegada dos imigrantes italianos foi essencial para o desenvolvimento de Jundiaí, sendo eles os responsáveis por trazer a uva. A descoberta de uma nova categoria da fruta denominada Niagara Rosada deu origem a festa e trouxe a fama de Terra da Uva. O propósito da criação do evento foi valorizar os produtores e consolidar Jundiaí como um centro de produção de uvas no Brasil. A pesquisa buscou identificar quais foram as principais modificações, sendo formulada através de pesquisa bibliográfica e questionário com questões fechadas. Conclui-se que a atual edição, que teve todos os seus principais espaços detalhados na pesquisa, com a entrada gratuita e shows regionais como principais características é o melhor formato

The present work had as main objective to research the historical context of Festa da Uva of Jundiaí, being also important the investigation about Italian immigration, and the foundation and relationship of the city with the grape. The main changes that occurred during the editions of the event were identified, which eventually became known in the municipality and region. The arrival of Italian immigrants was essential for the development of Jundiaí, and they were responsible for bringing the grape. The discovery of a new category of fruit called Niagara Rosada gave rise to the party and brought the fame of Grape Homeland. The purpose of creating the event was to value producers and consolidate Jundiaí as a center for the production of grapes in Brazil. The research sought to identify which were the main changes, being formulated through bibliographic research and questionnaire with closed questions. It is concluded that the current edition, which had all its main spaces detailed in the research, with free admission and regional shows as its main characteristics, is the best format.
