Viabilidade econômica e financeira de produção de tomate sweet grape em Salesópolis-SP

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo de viabilidade econômica e financeira de produção de tomate Sweet Grape onde dados de produção foram calculados referente a uma área de 1.500m², com o cultivo de 2.500 mudas. Para o levantamento das informações foi realizada uma visita técnica ao produtor rural do município de Salesópolis-SP onde o cultivo é por meio de vasos em estufas. Nos resultados obtidos durante o ciclo de nove meses, o VPL indica um valor de R$ 89.564,39, a TIR ficou em 23,41% a.a., o Payback Simples em 2,87 anos e Payback Descontado em 4,66 anos. Portanto, diante desses resultados o projeto foi considerado viável para o investimento.

The objective of this article is to present an economic and financial feasibility study of Sweet Grape tomato production, where production data are calculated for an area of 1,500m², with the cultivation of 2,500 seedlings. To collect the information, a technical visit was made to the rural producer in the municipality of Salesópolis-SP, where cultivation is carried out using cups on stoves. The results obtained in the nine-month cycle, or VPL, indicate a value of R$ 89.564,39, at an TIR of 23,41% p.a., or Simple Payback in 2.87 years and Discounted Payback in 4,66 years. Therefore, given these results, the project was considered viable for investment.
