Software de gerenciamento de loja de veículos usados

Abstract

Esse trabalho tem por finalidade, o desenvolvimento de um software que faça o gerenciamento de uma loja de veículos usados, auxiliando o cliente nos processos que são realizados para o funcionamento do negócio. Para isso foram coletados dados e analisados vários requisitos junto a um proprietário de uma loja de veículos usados que através de uma entrevista, proporcionou o início deste projeto. O objetivo do software é cadastrar clientes, veículos, gastos e agentes de crédito, para melhor organização dos processos. Através desses requisitos foi criado um BPMN (Business process model and notation) com cada processo, para a melhor visualização sobre o negócio, como um todo depois foram feitos diagramas de caso de uso e modelagem de banco de dados que deram base para a criação de um protótipo de telas com as funcionalidades que irão ser usadas na aplicação. Nesta modelagem de telas, foi possível mostrar para um dono de estacionamento de carros usados como o software ficará, e ele mostrou-se interessado no projeto.

The purpose of this paper is to development of a software to the management of used car store, it’s software should help the owner in the process that are used by operation of his business. For this, information was collected and requirements were analyzed with the owner of the store, that gave started this development. The objective of this software is to register of the customers, cars, expense control and credit agents to improve the organization of the process in the store. Through this requirement was created a BPMN (Business process model and notation) with other process for better visualization about all business was created diagrams of use case and modeling of database that gave support for creation of model of screens with features that should be used in application. This prototype of screens was possible to show to the owner of the Store how the software will be, and he was interested in the project.
