Análise fotográfica da eficiência dos controles químico e natural de carrapatos em bezerros leiteiros

Abstract

Os Setores Leiteiro e Coureiro do Brasil, vem sofrendo com a ação dos carrapatos em seus produtos finais, que são prejudicados tanto em sua qualidade como em sua estética. Neste trabalho foi desenvolvido um carrapaticida alternativo ao comum químico, almejando, através do uso de um produto natural (extraído da folha do Neem), chegar a um melhor custo benefício para o produtor familiar e diminuir seus prejuízos. Através de um acompanhamento fotográfico, foi comparado o desempenho entre os carrapaticidas, onde foram utilizados 2 tratamentos (químico e natural) e 1 testemunha, cada um contendo 4 animais. Conclui-se que o carrapaticida natural, alcançou a eficiência e o objetivo esperados.

The Dairy and Leather Sectors in Brazil have been suffering from the action of ticks on their final products, which are affected both in quality and in appearance. In this study, an alternative tickicide to the common chemical one was developed, aiming, through the use of a natural product (extracted from the Neem leaf), to achieve a better cost-benefit ratio for the family farmer and reduce their losses. Through photographic monitoring, the performance between the tickicides was compared, where 2 treatments (chemical and natural) and 1 control were used, each containing 4 animals. It is concluded that the natural tickicide achieved the expected efficiency and objective.
