Abstract

O presente trabalho visa esclarecer todos os pontos relativos ao Georreferenciamento e o Cadastro Ambiental Rural da Chácara Santa Isabel em Presidente Bernardes - SP, que se enquadra nos moldes da legislação e orientações técnicas pertinentes, demonstrando o passo a passo da execução dos serviços de campo, bem como seu devido processamento, análise e apresentação de documentos necessários à averbação da matrícula do imóvel junto ao Cartório de Registro de Imóveis daquela circunscrição, para tanto, será eleita a melhor forma de coleta dos dados, o software de maior viabilidade e todas as formas de se dar maior celeridade a todo o processo a fim conseguir uma satisfatória relação entre custos e benefícios na execução do processo, tanto para o Técnico em Agrimensura quanto para o proprietário rural, esse último o principal alvo do trabalho e que ficando satisfeito, certamente causará aumento na procura pelo profissional que o atendeu bem.

The present work aims to clarify all points related to the Georeferencing and the Rural Environmental Registry of Chácara Santa Isabel in Presidente Bernardes - SP, which falls under the standards of the relevant legislation and technical guidelines, demonstrating the step-by-step execution of field services, as well as their proper processing, analysis, and presentation of documents required for the annotation of the property's registration at the Registry of Deeds of that jurisdiction.
