Levantamento topográfico planialtimétrico cadastral: estacionamento ETEC Presidente Prudente - SP

Abstract

A escolha de implantar o projeto do estacionamento do CEETPS, veio pela necessidade que está entidade tem de regularizar um espago oficial, para melhor acomodar os veículos em local próprio, com mais segurança inclusive. Na escolha do local, foi feito um levantamento para melhor implantar o estacionamento que ira suprir a necessidade de alunos e demais frequentadores do local que possuem carros e motos. Assim foi organizado o cronograma de trabalho, onde, de inicio foi observado o fluxo de veículos (carros e motos), em dias aleatórios para saber a quantidade que transita pelo local em dias variados. Com esses dados pode-se saber qual o dimensionamento do estacionamento, e assim iniciar os trabalhos de projeto. Após a definição ESTACIONAMENTO, do local onde será implantado o projeto observou-se com alguns obstáculos como, por exemplo, algumas arvores que se encontram em pontos estratégicos. Para 0 primeiro projeto três dessas arvores teriam que ser retiradas e outras oito seriam removidas para alargamento da rua. Após estudo mais detalhado, concluiu-se que apenas uma arvore terá que ser retirada, mantendo-se a remoção das outras oito. Dando sequência, foi contactado o Coordenador do Curso de Florestas, por meio de oficio, para que autorizasse essa intervenção. Em paralelo, já se projetava o desenho inicial do estacionamento que, após concluída a primeira parte, foi aprovado pelo Sr. Diretor Marcelo Duarte e seu Vice Diretor Edson Trevisan. Lembrando que, todo o projeto esta de acordo com as “Leis do Plano Diretor do Município de Presidente Prudente, Normas da ABNT, NBR-9050”, que enquadra a acessibilidade do portador de deficiência física e a “Lei Federal n° 10.098 de 19/12/2000”, onde exige a adequação de locais públicos ao acesso de portadores de deficiência física.

The decision to implement the CEETPS parking project came from the need this institution has to regularize an official space, in order to better accommodate vehicles in a proper location, with increased safety. In choosing the location, a survey was conducted to better implement the parking lot that will meet the needs of students and other visitors who have cars and motorcycles. Thus, the work schedule was organized, where, initially, the flow of vehicles (cars and motorcycles) was observed on random days to determine the number passing through the area on different days. With this data, it is possible to determine the size of the parking lot and thus begin the project work. After defining the PARKING area for the location where the project will be implemented, some obstacles were observed, such as several trees located at strategic points. For the first project, three of these trees would have to be removed, and another eight would be cleared to widen the street. After a more detailed study, it was concluded that only one tree would need to be removed, while the removal of the other eight would be maintained. Following this, the Coordinator of the Forestry Course was contacted through an official letter to authorize this intervention. In parallel, the initial design of the parking lot was already being developed, which, after the first part was completed, was approved by Mr. Director Marcelo Duarte and his Vice Director Edson Trevisan. It is worth remembering that the entire project is in accordance with the 'Laws of the Master Plan of the Municipality of Presidente Prudente, ABNT Standards, NBR-9050,' which covers the accessibility for people with physical disabilities, and 'Federal Law No. 10,098 of 12/19/2000,' which requires the adaptation of public places for access by people with physical disabilities.
