Projeto da implementação de uma farmácia viva e benefícios da fitoterapia.

Abstract

A finalidade deste projeto é implementar uma farmácia viva dentro da Vila Sahy. Para a implementação dessa farmácia viva, será adotado uma abordagem qualitativa e participativa, envolvendo pesquisa bibliográfica, levantamento etnobotânico e ações práticas de cultivo e utilização de plantas medicinais. Inicialmente, será realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre fitoterapia e o funcionamento de farmácias vivas no Brasil, com base em livros, artigos científicos e documentos oficiais do Ministério da Saúde. Além disso, foi conduzido um levantamento etnobotânico junto aos moradores da comunidade, buscando saber o grau de interesse de uma farmácia viva dentro da comunidade e identificar quais plantas medicinais são tradicionalmente utilizadas e seus respectivos usos terapêuticos. Com as informações coletadas, foram feitos o planejamento e a implementação da horta medicinal, selecionando espécies que tenham comprovação científica de eficácia e que sejam adaptáveis ao clima e solo da região. O cultivo foi realizado de forma agroecológica, sem o uso de agrotóxicos, promovendo a sustentabilidade do projeto. Além da estruturação da farmácia viva, foram desenvolvidas capacitações para a comunidade, abordando o cultivo, preparo e uso seguro das plantas medicinais. Por fim, foram avaliados os impactos da iniciativa por meio de relatos dos moradores e acompanhamento do uso das plantas como alternativa aos medicamentos convencionais.

The purpose of this project is to implement a living pharmacy inside Vila Sahy. For the implementation of this live pharmacy, a qualitative and participatory approach will be adopted, involving bibliographic research, ethnobotanical survey and practical actions of cultivation and use of medicinal plants. Initially, a bibliographic review on phytotherapy and the operation of live pharmacies in Brazil will be carried out, based on books, scientific articles and official documents from the Ministry of Health. In addition, an ethnobotanical survey will be conducted among the residents of the community, seeking to know the degree of interest of a living pharmacy within the community and identify which medicinal plants are traditionally used and their respective therapeutic uses. With the information collected, the planning and implementation of the medicinal garden will be done, selecting species that have scientific proof of effectiveness and that are adaptable to the climate and soil of the region. The cultivation will be carried out in an agroecological way, without the use of pesticides, promoting the sustainability of the project. In addition to the structuring of the living pharmacy, training will be developed for the community, addressing the cultivation, preparation and safe use of medicinal plants. Finally, the impacts of the initiative will be evaluated through residents' reports and monitoring of the use of plants as an alternative to conventional medicines.
