Abstract

O presente estudo busca analisar os aspectos que levam à motivação profissional, focado na visão das organizações com relação a este assunto. Compreender os meios que as organizações utilizam para motivar um colaborador de forma que seja favorável para ambos. Analisar os dados obtidos por meio da pesquisa e quantificar os resultados para assim identificar com precisão a opinião das organizações referente à motivação de seus colaboradores. Esta análise irá possibilitar uma ampla visão dos fatores motivacionais, além de estruturar teorias e correlacioná-las com o projeto. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the aspects that lead to professional motivation, focusing on the organizations' perspective on this subject. It seeks to understand the means that organizations use to motivate employees in a way that is beneficial to both parties. The data obtained through research will be analyzed and the results quantified to accurately identify the organizations' opinions regarding the motivation of their employees. This analysis will provide a broad view of motivational factors, as well as structure theories and correlate them with the project.
