Aplicação normativa e práticas de segurança no tranporte de produtos agroindustriais.

Abstract

O presente estudo teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão acerca das regulamentações aplicáveis a movimentação de produtos agrícolas no Brasil, relacionando-as aos principais gargalos logísticos que comprometem a eficiência operacional do setor. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, foi conduzida por meio de revisão bibliográfica, contemplando publicações acadêmicas, documentos institucionais e orientações normativas. Foram analisados aspectos como a estrutura dos modais de transporte, a adequação das cargas às exigências legais e as dificuldades enfrentadas na aplicação prática dessas diretrizes. Os resultados evidenciam que, apesar das exigências legislativas serem bem claras, persistem limitações estruturais, financeiras e operacionais que impactam a qualidade e a segurança do devido seguimento delas, reforçando a necessidade de investimentos e estratégias voltadas à superação dos gargalos existentes.

This study aimed to conduct a review of the regulations applicable to the transportation of agricultural products in Brazil, relating them to the main logistical bottlenecks that compromise the operational efficiency of the sector. The research, of a qualitative nature, was carried out through a bibliographic review, including academic publications, institutional documents, and technical standards. It analyzed aspects such as the structure of transport modes, the adequacy of agricultural cargo to legal requirements, and the challenges faced in the practical implementation of these regulations. The results show that, despite regulatory advances, structural, financial, and operational limitations persist, affecting the quality and safety of agricultural transport and reinforcing the need for investments and strategies aimed at overcoming existing bottlenecks.
