Criptomoedas para iniciantes: como administrar moedas virtuais

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo investigar a evolução e as principais características das criptomoedas, reunindo informações relevantes já publicadas sobre o tema. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, voltada a oferecer um panorama acessível para o público em geral, especialmente para aqueles que demonstram interesse em compreender e investir nesse universo ainda considerado complexo e, muitas vezes, pouco claro. A pesquisa se apoia em fontes qualitativas, como notícias recentes e publicações especializadas, e também em dados quantitativos obtidos por meio de um forms aplicado. Embora as criptomoedas sejam amplamente divulgadas nas mídias, ainda geram dúvidas e inseguranças — muitos questionam sua legitimidade e estabilidade. Diante disso, torna-se essencial desenvolver um estudo que contribua para a formação de uma visão mais clara, fundamentada e crítica sobre o tema. Como base teórica, foram utilizados dados do e-book Criptomoedas: o que é, como funciona e como aplicar nos pequenos negócios (SEBRAE, 2021). Este estudo visa fornecer uma introdução fundamentada para novos investidores e demais interessados no tema, promovendo a compreensão dos ativos digitais, que têm se tornado cada vez mais relevantes no cenário financeiro global. Ressalta-se, ainda, a importância da diversificação de investimentos como estratégia para a mitigação de riscos, contribuindo para decisões financeiras mais conscientes.

This study aims to investigate the evolution and main characteristics of cryptocurrencies by gathering relevant information already published on the subject. It is a qualitative and descriptive research focused on providing an accessible overview for the public, especially for those interested in understanding and investing in this still relatively new and often-unclear domain. The research is based on qualitative sources, such as recent news and specialized publications, as well as quantitative data collected through a questionnaire. Although cryptocurrencies are widely publicized in the media, they still raise doubts and uncertainties — many people question their legitimacy and stability. Therefore, it is essential to develop a study that contributes to a clearer, well-founded, and critical understanding of the topic. The theoretical foundation includes data from the e-book “Cryptocurrencies: what they are, how they work, and how to apply them to small businesses.” This work is expected to serve as a gateway for new learners and investors, encouraging the public to engage with this type of digital asset, which is increasingly present in the global financial landscape. The importance of investment diversification as a strategy to reduce risks is also highlighted.
