Desenvolvimento de um layout eficaz para o fluxo de entrada e saída da Etec Pedro Ferreira Alves – Mogi Mirim

Abstract

Este trabalho visa apresentar a melhoria do layout da instituição de ensino técnico ETEC Pedro Ferreira Alves, onde demonstraremos a atual situação problemática do fluxo de movimentação de entrada e saída dos alunos e colaboradores. A alternativa de melhoria tem como objetivo facilitar, organizar, e diminuir os problemas que a situação atual traz aos colegiais. Um layout eficaz pode melhorar e lucrar muito dentro de uma empresa, prever e evitar possíveis transtornos ou acidentes, é o ideal que instituições podem e devem fazer para trazer um ambiente seguro, confiável e eficiente para seus colaboradores. Para cada situação existe um tipo de layout que poderá se encaixar perfeitamente dentro dos problemas apresentados, e solucionar várias insuficiências que acontecem diariamente em locais com maior fluxo de movimentação.

ABSTRACT: This work aims to present the improvement of the layout of the technical education institution ETEC Pedro Ferreira Alves, where we will demonstrate the current problematic situation regarding the flow of movement for students and staff entering and leaving the premises. The proposed improvement seeks to facilitate, organize, and reduce the issues caused by the current situation for the students. An effective layout can greatly improve and benefit an institution, as well as anticipate and prevent potential inconveniences or accidents. It is an ideal measure that institutions can and should implement to provide a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for their staff. For each situation, there is a specific type of layout that can perfectly address the presented issues and solve various inefficiencies that occur daily in areas with high movement flow.
