Comparativo entre colheita mecanizada e seletiva do café

Abstract

A qualidade do café é influenciada diretamente pelos meios de colheita sendo colheita seletiva uma forma de agregar qualidade ao produto. O objetivo do trabalho é comparar a colheita mecanizada e seletiva do café de forma a se obter a diferença de custo entre os métodos e analise de qualidade da colheita seletiva e verificando a viabilidade dos métodos de colheita para os produtores.

The quality of coffee is influenced directly by means of harvest and selective harvest a way to add quality to the product. The objective is to compare the mechanical harvesting and selective fashion coffee to get the cost difference between the methods and quality analysis of selective logging and checking the feasibility of harvesting methods for producers.
