Os caminhos enfrentados pelas mulheres negras no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como escopo principal abordar os caminhos enfrentados pelas mulheres negras no mercado de trabalho. A partir de observações feitas através de pesquisas sobre as dificuldades enfrentadas pelas mulheres negras no que se diz respeito ao mercado de trabalho, verificou-se a necessidade de tentar entender quais discriminações são sofridas por elas e de que modo isso afeta sua jornada no mercado de trabalho. Primeiramente, será feito uma análise sobre o seu passado, a sua presença na sociedade e no mercado de trabalho. Após isso será abordado o porquê dessa discriminação e os fatores que contribuem para isso. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi o método qualitativo, pois ele apresenta informações que só podem ser interpretadas por meio de textos.A partir disso tivemos como resultado final que as mulheres negras ainda são discriminadas perante o mercado de trabalho mesmo com a lei que diz que todos nós somos iguais. Com esse trabalho, espera-se não solucionar esse problema, mas sim contribuir com informações para ajudar no entendimento sobre essa atribulação ainda presente no meio corporativo.

This work aims to address the paths faced by Black women in the labor market. Based on observations made through research on the difficulties faced by Black women in the job market, the need to understand the types of discrimination they suffer and how this affects their journey in the labor market was verified. First, an analysis of their past, their presence in society and in the labor market will be carried out. After that, the reasons for this discrimination and the factors that contribute to it will be addressed. The research method used was the qualitative method, as it presents information that can only be interpreted through texts. From this, we concluded that Black women are still discriminated against in the labor market even with the law that says we are all equal. This work hopes not to solve this problem, but rather to contribute with information to help understand this tribulation still present in the corporate environment.
