Gedecon app: sistema gerenciador de consumo de água

Abstract

Um dos grandes desafios dos seres humanos na atualidade é saber gerenciar os recursos da melhor maneira possível, seja por meio da modificação de processos ou pela aquisição de novos recursos tecnológicos, e além disso, a atenção ao uso racional de recursos naturais tem extrema importância. Sendo assim, o presente projeto está sendo desenvolvido justamente em uma autarquia municipal responsável pelo tratamento e distribuição de água, situada na cidade de Mogi Mirim no interior do estado de São Paulo. A autarquia está realizando a troca dos hidrômetros de todas as residências do município com o objetivo de controlar perdas geradas por equipamentos defeituosos ou que já atingiram sua vida útil. Em alguns casos, têm ocorrido grandes diferenças no valor da conta de água, o que tem criado repercussões negativas na cidade sobre o real motivo das trocas. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar e identificar o motivo para esses aumentos na conta de água e assim ajudar tanto o munícipe quanto a autarquia a resolverem o problema e se beneficiarem com o desfecho da situação. Como resultado do trabalho, chegou-se a uma solução tangível que irá analisar o padrão de consumo do imóvel e informar ao morador sua real situação. A solução proposta consiste no desenvolvimento de um aplicativo para smartphones que será alimentado com os dados do local, juntamente de anotações padronizadas dos valores registrados no hidrômetro, que serão bases para equacionar o problema e apresentar a solução.

One of the greatest challenges facing human beings today is knowing how to manage resources in the best way possible, either through process modification or the acquisition of new technological resources, and in addition, attention to the rational use of natural resources is extremely important. Therefore, the present project is being developed precisely in a local authority responsible for water treatment and distribution, located in the city of Mogi Mirim in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The local authority is changing the hydrometers of all residences in the county aiming at to control losses generated by defective equipment or that have already reached their useful life. In some cases, large differences have occurred in the value of the water bill, which has created negative repercussions in the city on the real reason for the exchanges. The objective of this completion of course work is to analyze and identify the reason for these increases in water bill and thus help both the citizen and the local authority to solve the problem and benefit from the outcome of the situation. As a result of the completion of course work, we came up with a tangible solution that will analyze the consumption pattern of the residential property and inform the resident of its real situation. The proposed solution consists of the development of a smartphone application that will be fed with the location data, along with standardized annotations of the values registered in the hydrometer, which will be the basis to solve the problem and present the solution.
