Os efeitos das principais diversidades no ambiente escolar: estudo de caso em uma escola pública de ensino fundamental da cidade de Garça (SP)

Abstract

Diversidade é o diferente, o diverso a pluralidade. Há milhões de diversidades, mas foi enfatizado no ambiente escolar tendo em mente ser uma das bases do crescimento do ser humano. Para analisar esse ambiente a pesquisa teve como problema de pesquisa central: Quais são as práticas adotadas para trabalhar a diversidade numa escola pública de ensino fundamental da Cidade de Garça (SP)? Com o objetivo geral de identificar as práticas adotadas para trabalhar a diversidade na escola X. A escolha do tema se deu mediante a importância de se estruturar no ambiente educacional a cultura do respeito e aceitação ao próximo, acreditando ser um ambiente de formação de pessoas e por gerar efeitos positivos na economia, onde indivíduos diversos são inseridos no mercado de trabalho diminuindo a taxa de desemprego gerando oportunidades e motivação aumentando a produtividade e disposição durante a carga horária de trabalho do funcionário. Através de dados analisados na base scielo.org pôde perceber uma queda no ano de 2020 nas publicações de documentos com essa temática com foco no ambiente escolar enfatizando ainda mais a importância da abordagem do assunto. Buscando dados para uma maior credibilidade à pesquisa julgou-se necessário a aplicação de um questionário fechado baseado na escala de likert, sendo a pesquisa quali-quantitativa usando para a análise dos resultados a média ponderada gerada pelo ranking médio (RM), onde há uma variação indicando o grau de concordância ou discordância. A pesquisa teve sua aplicação em uma escola do ensino fundamental da rede pública, atendendo pré-adolescentes e adolescentes do 6º ano / 7º ano / 8º ano / 9º ano. Ao final na pesquisa pode-se observar como resultado que a diversidade na escola teria maior atenção entre funcionários e professores, mostrando que entre os alunos ainda carece de maior atenção. Por fim, concluiu-se que esse é um tema que precisa ser mais discutido entre os alunos na instituição.

To analyze this environment, the research had as its central research problem: What are the practices adopted to work with diversity in a public elementary school in Cidade de Garça (SP)? With the general objective of identifying the practices adopted to work with diversity at school X. The choice of theme was based on the importance of structuring the culture of respect and acceptance of others in the educational environment, believing it to be na environment for training people and for generating positive effects in the economy, where diverse individuals are inserted in the labor market, reducing the unemployment rate, generating opportunities and motivation, increasing productivity and willingness during the employee’s workload. Through data analyzed in the scielo.org base, it was possible to perceive a drop in the year 2020 in the publications of documents with this theme focused on the school environment, emphasizing even more the importance of approaching the subject. Seeking data for greater credibility to the research, it was deemed necessary to apply a closed questionnaire based on the Likert scale, with the qualitative and quantitative research using the weighted average generated by the average ranking (RM) for the analysis of results, where there is a variation indicating the degree of agreement or disagreement. The research was applied in a public elementary school, serving preadolescents and adolescents from the 6th grade / 7th grade / 8th grade / 9th grade. At the end of the research, it can be observed as a result that diversity in the school would receive more attention among employees and teachers, showing that among students it still needs more attention. Finally, it was concluded that this is a topic that needs to be further discussed among students at the institution.
