Abstract

Neste trabalho será abordado o impacto da Inteligência Artificial na força de trabalho. O objetivo é realizar uma análise sobre como a Inteligência Artificial está remodelando a natureza das atividades laborais, bem como identificar as oportunidades e desafios que emergem desse cenário. Este estudo visa ainda examinar as implicações que tais transformações têm sobre os trabalhadores, e sobre o conjunto da sociedade. Por meio desta pesquisa, buscou-se compreender a evolução da Inteligência Artificial e suas múltiplas implicações sociais, econômicas e éticas. A análise é importante para melhor compreensão dos impactos e desafios que a Inteligência Artificial apresenta para todos
