Logística aplicada ao corpo de bombeiros: operação Pantanal 2024

Abstract

Este estudo analisa a evolução da logística e sua aplicação nas operações do Corpo de Bombeiros, destacando o uso de tecnologias avançadas e a importância da gestão eficiente em situações emergenciais. Com base em uma abordagem qualitativa e na análise da Operação Pantanal II (2024), a pesquisa mostra como a logística passou da Antiguidade à era da Logística 4.0, marcada por automação, inteligência artificial e sustentabilidade. O trabalho também analisa a estrutura e os recursos utilizados pelos bombeiros, como drones, câmeras térmicas, realidade aumentada e sistemas integrados de comunicação, que aumentam a precisão e a segurança das ações. A atuação coordenada entre diversas instituições durante a operação demonstra o papel essencial da logística estratégica na resposta a desastres naturais. Conclui-se que o investimento em tecnologia, capacitação e infraestrutura logística é fundamental para garantir operações mais eficazes, seguras e sustentáveis, servindo de modelo para outras áreas de defesa civil.

This study analyzes the evolution of logistics and its application in Fire Department operations, highlighting the use of advanced technologies and the importance of efficient management in emergency situations. Based on a qualitative approach and the analysis of Operation Pantanal II (2024), the research shows how logistics has gone from Antiquity to the era of Logistics 4.0, marked by automation, artificial intelligence and sustainability. The work also analyzes the structure and resources used by firefighters, such as drones, thermal cameras, augmented reality and integrated communication systems, which increase the precision and safety of actions. The coordinated action between several institutions during the operation demonstrates the essential role of strategic logistics in responding to natural disasters. It is concluded that investment in technology, training and logistics infrastructure is essential to ensure more effective, safe and sustainable operations, serving as a model for other areas of civil defense.
