Motivando equipes de TI: uma abordagem para formação de times com alto desempenho

Abstract

Objetivando um melhor entendimento e alinhamento do conhecimento da motivação, este documento trata das mais conhecidas e talvez principais teorias de motivação formuladas, demonstrando seus conceitos e sua possível aplicabilidade. É realizado um estudo sobre a estrutura dos times de alta performance com a explicação dos times possíveis, tipos de times existentes e as fases para a formação de um time. Finaliza-se com algumas observações correlacionadas às técnicas de motivação, alinhamento dos integrantes e as características levantadas, como mais relevantes, para a escolha dos indivíduos que farão parte dos times

Aiming a better understanding and knowledge of the alignment the motivation, this document deals with the most known and perhaps main of motivation theories formulated, demonstrating its concepts and its possible applicability. It is conducted a study on the structure of high performance teams with the explanation of possible times, types of existing teams and the stages for the formation of a team. To finish with some observations related to the techniques of motivation, alignment of members and features raised, as most relevant to the choice of individuals who will be part of teams.
