Indústria 4.0 e sua importância para a logística

Abstract

A Indústria 4.0, também conhecida como a Quarta Revolução Industrial, representa uma infinidade de possibilidades para a manufatura em diversos segmentos. O cerne desta revolução é a inovação tecnológica, que vai desde a digitalização de processos ou técnicas como inteligência artificial, ou Internet das Coisas (IoT), onde é possível conectar máquinas, criar robôs com autonomia, identificar falhas em processos e tornar a execução das atividades cada vez mais precisa e rápida, aumentando a sua eficiência. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a importância da Indústria 4.0 para a otimização dos processos logísticos. A pesquisa adotou a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa. A partir das análises realizadas, pode-se observar que a indústria 4.0 é a principal tendência da atualidade, marco obrigatório para os negócios que pretendem conquistar mais espaço no mercado, ajudando a aumentar a lucratividade e a derrubar a concorrência. Concluise que, por ser uma revolução em fase de implementação, existem alguns desafios a serem vencidos, pois a inserção de novas tecnologias no ambiente de trabalho traz a responsabilidade de modificar toda uma cultura empresarial, com constantes treinamentos de equipes e a integração da cadeia de suprimentos.

Industry 4.0, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, represents a multitude of possibilities for manufacturing in various segments. The core of this revolution is technological innovation, which ranges from the digitalization of processes or techniques such as artificial intelligence, or the Internet of Things (IoT), where it is possible to connect machines, create autonomous robots, identify process failures and make the execution of activities increasingly precise and fast, increasing their efficiency. In this context, the objective of this study is to analyze the importance of Industry 4.0 for the optimization of logistics processes. The research adopted the bibliographic research methodology with a qualitative approach. Based on the analyses carried out, it can be seen that Industry 4.0 is the main trend of today, a mandatory milestone for businesses that intend to gain more space in the market, helping to increase profitability and defeat the competition. It is concluded that, as this is a revolution in the implementation phase, there are some challenges to be overcome, since the insertion of new technologies in the work environment brings with it the responsibility of changing an entire corporate culture, with constant team training and the integration of the supply chain.
