Atualização da base cartográfica do município de Presidente Prudente/SP - área de estudo: prolongamento da avenida Presidente Juscelino Kunitschek de Oliveira

Abstract

Este projeto tem como objetivo atualizar a base cartográfica do município de Presidente Prudente/SP, focando especificamente no prolongamento da Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira. Considerando o acelerado crescimento urbano da cidade nos últimos anos, tornou-se essencial manter a base digital cartográfica constantemente atualizada para refletir com precisão as transformações territoriais. Dado que a área de estudo é relativamente pequena, optou-se por métodos de levantamento mais ágeis e econômicos. Foram utilizados sistemas de posicionamento por GPS e técnicas convencionais de topografia, como poligonação e irradiações, garantindo precisão e eficiência na coleta dos dados espaciais. Como resultado, foram produzidas cinco plantas cartográficas. Três delas correspondem à Planta Topográfica Cadastral do prolongamento da avenida, cada uma referenciada a diferentes DATUM planimétricos: Córrego Alegre, SAD-69 e SIRGAS (2000), todas na escala 1:2.000. A quarta planta representa a incorporação dos dados levantados à Base Cartográfica Digital Cadastral do município, também referenciada ao DATUM Córrego Alegre, contribuindo diretamente para a atualização oficial da base municipal. Por fim, a quinta planta apresenta o Perfil Longitudinal da área cadastrada, evidenciando as características do relevo local, com escalas de 1:2.500 na horizontal e 1:250 na vertical.

This project aims to update the cartographic base of the municipality of Presidente Prudente/SP, focusing specifically on the extension of Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira. Considering the rapid urban growth of the city in recent years, it has become essential to keep the digital cartographic base constantly updated to accurately reflect territorial transformations. Given that the study area is relatively small, more agile and cost-effective survey methods were chosen. GPS positioning systems and conventional topography techniques, such as polygonal surveys and radiations, were used, ensuring precision and efficiency in the collection of spatial data. As a result, five cartographic maps were produced. Three of them correspond to the Cadastral Topographic Map of the avenue extension, each referenced to different planimetric DATUMs: Córrego Alegre, SAD-69, and SIRGAS. Thus, the incorporation of the collected data into the Digital Cadastre Map Base of the municipality, also referenced to the Córrego Alegre DATUM, contributes directly to the official updating of the municipal base. Finally, the fifth map presents the Longitudinal Profile of the registered area, highlighting the characteristics of the local relief, with scales of 1:2,500 horizontally and 1:250 vertically.
