A evolução da educação a distância no Brasil

Abstract

A Educação a Distância (EAD) é uma modalidade de educação não presencial; é uma forma de aprendizagem em que professores e alunos estão separados fisicamente, porém conectados ou interligados através dos meios de comunicação com um objetivo em comum: a aprendizagem. Este trabalho tem a finalidade de avaliar a Evolução da Educação a Distância no Brasil, e quais fatores colaboraram para a sua evolução e expansão na última década. Pode-se concluir, com este estudo, que a Educação a Distância é uma evolução que caminha paralelamente ao ensino convencional, que cumpre fielmente ao seu propósito.

Distance Learning is a type of education who have no teacher presence physically, is a form of learning in which teachers and students are physically separated but through the media, with one common goal: learning. This work aims to evaluate the current situation of Distance Learning in Brazil, and what factors contributed to its evolution and expansion in the last decade. The conclusion, with this study, distance education is an evolution that goes parallel to formal education, both within an organization as a private school environment that faithfully fulfills its purpose: to teach, and that its diffusion Brazilian totally changed the landscape with respect to education and teaching, breaking paradigms and the sophistries that involved the Distance Education in the country, enabling professional more and more people get better jobs and allowing a higher return, thus providing not only the cultural development as also the economic and social development of the country.
